He gave me a quote over the phone which was lower than other quotes I had received. He said he would have someone come to check it out between 3:00 & 6:00 pm that same day. So, Franky arrived right at 6:00 pm and ended up getting all the work done, including replacing the main shutoff valve that he said wasn’t shutting off all the way.
